Samira Fabrics

Samira, in its quest to revolutionize its energy production, partnered with Reon Energy to bring forth a game-changing solution. The 818 kW project was commissioned in the second quarter of 2020 and was strategically located at Samira’s facility in Faisalabad, known for its energy challenges posed by severe gas load shedding during winter months.

This cutting-edge project features an innovative design, incorporating four different roof types, including flat reinforced concrete, flat double-T, flat prefabricated slabs, and ducts located at different points, making it a pioneer in the industry. The project not only helped in creating jobs for roughly 40 individuals, but also gave Samira the much-needed edge to stay ahead of the competition.

The project is a testament to the unwavering commitment of Samira and Reon towards a greener future. With an expected generation of 1,103 MWh of energy annually and an offset of 678.5 tonnes of carbon emissions, this project is a beacon of hope in the journey towards a sustainable future.
