As PepsiCo’s vision is to deliver top-tier financial performance over the long term by integrating sustainability into their business strategy, they partnered with Reon for solar installation to reduce the energy cost of their current energy mix.
Before this, PepsiCo heavily relied on the grid and a shift was necessary due to the expected price hike in grid tariffs. By installing the solar power plant, it has achieved a Levelized cost leading to 50% of savings vs. on the grid.
