In 2017, Sadaqat, a company committed to sustainability, embarked on a transformative journey towards a greener future by establishing a captive solar power plant through its Sustainability Committee. 

This significant move addressed the challenges posed by rising gas tariffs and load shedding at the factory. Sadaqat joined forces with Reon for a 1 MW on-grid solar project at their facility. Despite the unprecedented challenges posed by the pandemic, the team persevered and made deliveries possible while adhering to the strictest Covid-19 protocols outlined in Reon’s Health Safety Environmental (HSE) Policy, which was developed in accordance with the government’s employee welfare policies related to Covid-19.
