Solar Power Project: 189 kW
Location: Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan
Reon partnered with Sindh Club in 2016 for installing a solar plant on site. The scope of work included formulating the design, execution, testing and commissioning of a 29.45 kW solar on-grid project that was expected to generate 46059 kWh of energy annually while offsetting carbon emissions by 17.6 tonnes.
The project’s success led to the installation of another solar project of 159 kW at the same facility. The additional PV installation is expected to generate 240,000 kWh of clean energy annually while offsetting carbon emissions by another 147.6 tonnes.
