Reon partnered with the Government of Punjab to solarize 80 Basic Health Units across remote regions of Punjab to ensure uninterrupted supply of power and better healthcare facilities for the rural communities. Each plant houses a hybrid solar system averaging around 3kW with a cumulative expected annual generation of 200,000kWh. The project was executed in a record time of 180 days with Zero Lost Time Incident (LTI).
Solar and storage supply for the basic healthcare facilities in Punjab have helped build a resilient healthcare system making it possible to operate facilities post sunset.
