Mujtaba Haider Khan
Mujtaba previously served as the Head of Strategy for Dawood Hercules Corporation Limited, Pakistan’s largest industrial conglomerate. Before DH Co, he worked as the Head of Strategy and Transformation for British Telecom in London. At BT, Mujtaba served in various commercial roles including as Project Director in Global Services Division and as the Head of Procurement for the UK wide fiber rollout program. Mujtaba started his career as a software entrepreneur at the age of 19 and since then he has been part of founding teams in a range of startups in technology, security and financial services spaces. Mujtaba holds his BS in Computer Systems Engineering and an MBA from Cranfield School of Management.
Waleed Bukhari
With a career spanning over 15 years, Waleed brings deep expertise in corporate finance, budgeting, and business transformation. He is a KPMG Alumni and also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP). Waleed is currently the Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary at Reon Energy, leading financial strategy and risk management. Previously, he served as Head of Finance at a leading electronics company and held a financial leadership role at Zong CMPak.
Salman Saeed Khalili
Salman has over a decade of experience in the global telecom industry. His last role was with LCC MENA as Regional Manager – Strategic Initiatives. Salman’s area of expertise involves plan, design, and execution of customized engineering solutions, products and services for telecom towers. Salman’s on-going work in energy transformation has created extensive savings in operational expenditure and carbon for multiple networks. He is the first to introduce Energy as a Service Model in Pakistan. Salman holds a bachelor’s in computer engineering from Bahria University, Karachi, Pakistan.
Saqib Zaidi
Saqib Zaidi is a senior energy executive with nearly two decades of experience across the power, infrastructure, and industrial sectors in Pakistan and the Middle East. His expertise includes digital transformation, operations strategy, change management, and process design focused on customer outcomes. He has led cross-functional teams in executing complex energy projects and driving operational improvement through structured systems and disciplined execution. Saqib spent a significant part of his career at Siemens in leadership roles and has contributed to several other regional organizations. He holds an electrical engineering degree from NED University and a postgraduate degree from the University of Liverpool.
Zohaib Naeem
Zohaib holds over decade of experience in Research & Development. He has worked on diversified products ranging from power electronics, SCADA, Automation, renewable systems & software platforms and has successfully launched products in multiple domains including telecom, and energy. His expertise includes new product development, IoT and current solutions optimization. Zohaib holds a master’s degree in Engineering Management and a Bachelor’s in Electronics from NED University, Karachi.
Mudasar Hussain
Mudasar Hussain is the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Reon Energy, bringing over two decades of leadership in energy, technology, and telecommunications. With deep expertise in renewable energy systems, energy storage, SaaS sales, and business development, he plays a pivotal role in driving Reon’s commercial strategy and growth. Prior to Reon, Mudasar held senior leadership roles at reknown companies like Telenor, Huawei Technologies, ZTE and Isaac’s Code. He has done his bachelors in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Oklahomsa State University (USA) and Management Studies at London Business School.
